- Account information: Name and email address from your Google account when you sign in.
- Form data: Personal details you enter when filling in forms (names, addresses, dates, etc.), stored according to your chosen preference.
- Usage data: Search queries and form access patterns to improve our service.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Provide the form filling and PDF generation service
- Enable auto-fill of personal details across forms
- Process payments for paid features
- Improve service quality and user experience
We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to third parties for their own purposes.
3. Data Storage Options
You choose how your form data is stored:
- Server storage: Data is encrypted and stored securely in our database. Available across all your devices.
- Local storage: Data is stored only on your current device browser. We have no access to it.
You can change your preference at any time in your account settings.
4. Data Deletion
You can delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all server-stored personal data will be permanently removed. Locally stored data can be cleared through your browser settings.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted through row-level security policies.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
